The modular extensions are constructed using a concrete pad and beam foundation method. Holes are dug and filled with concrete which create the pad foundation, meeting building and structural compliance.
A galvanised steel base and wall system is then fixed to the concrete pad foundation and existing property. The roof system can either be a flat roof or pitch roof design.
Finally, the external walls are constructed using your choice of rendering, brick or cladding.

Our freestanding buildings are constructed using the same methods as our modular extensions using a galvanised steel frame system and can be finished with rendering, brick or cladding. As with our modular extensions, our freestanding buildings are fully compliant with all UK building regulations.
